The telecommunications and managed services specialist, Colt Group, recently deployed SuccessFactors Recruiting Management software, which has played a key role in helping to reduce agency fees by £300,000 this year.
Colt introduced the SuccessFactors Recruiting Management software in order to create a single pan European/Asia solution. This solution has helped reduce the cost of recruitment, improve efficiencies, consolidate the company’s 15 existing recruitment systems into a single platform, and drive better quality hires to back the continuing development of the company.
In addition, Colt will now be able to examine bench strength, review and easily update position requirements, analyse employees’ skill sets to forecast readiness for promotion and find potential internal and external successors for vacant positions.
