By using ultra-high frequency (UHF) technology, the tags communicate with either a handheld or fixed RFID reader from a distance of up to six meters.
Designed with the anti-collision multi-tag-handling algorithm, 2,000 tags can be identified simultaneously at an identification rate of 100tag/s. The technologically advanced tag series is intended to offer precise real-time data collection for the identification, tracking, and localization of assets or people without human intervention. They are compatible with GAO RFID Inc.’s UHF RFID interrogator PC card (227001) and UHF RFID reader (227003).The economical semi-passive RFID response tag series, model 137005, consumes little power which enables them to operate effectively for over six years without battery replacement. The tags provide diverse form factor options depending on specific intended use. The reliable RFID response tags are finished with credit card-style packaging and industrial housings so that they can perform well even under harsh environmental conditions. A 64-byte data memory is offered to store user and configuration information; an optional LED is also provided for visual identification of an addressed tag.
