B2C organisations will be able to communicate more effectively with this new mobile communication platform.
In line with this shift, DMC Software, leading Sage Business Partner, has joined forces with Vocal to create a SMS Platform for SalesLogix. Seamless integration between SalesLogix and iModus, the SMS Messaging platform, allows SMS for SalesLogix users to send text messages direct from SalesLogix CRM, enhancing communication capabilities.

SMS for SalesLogix CRM is quick to deploy and allows SMS Messages to be sent to individual contacts or groups of contacts. Accessed via the SalesLogix interface all messages sent are recorded in the notes and history tab allowing each SalesLogix user to view the communication history. In addition, unlike other text messaging applications SMS for SalesLogix does not have a character limit and longer messages are displayed as multiple pages, not multiple messages.
