Iceland restaurant Domo, has introduced its delicious 2010 menu in time for the Icelandic summer. The leading Asian/French restaurant, ideally situated in the heart of Reykajvik, has been labelled as the ‘kitchen without boundaries’ by both locals and food critics since opening in 2006.
The new 2010 menu by Domo fuses Asian delicacies with mouth-watering French cuisine. Domo is renowned for its fresh Icelandic vegetables, fish, poultry and red meats, all of which can be ordered to your cooking preference. Both the duck and steak are in-house favourites.
The Iceland restaurant also serves a variety of pure Icelandic sushi and sashimi, depending on the catch of the day, as well as serving other fish dishes. In addition, Domo offer its guests a fine selection of 90 different wines and extensive whiskey collection.
Head chef at Domo, Bjorn Thor Baldursson created a dedicated sushi menu designed for two people to indulge in, offering soft shell crabs, mixed sushi platters and spicy tuna rolls.
