Spanlink Communications and Altitude Software Partner to Provide Contact Centres with Sophisticated Agent Scripting Tools

Altitude Software, a leading independent global contact centre solutions vendor, and Spanlink Communications, a Cisco contact centre and customer collaboration solutions provider, today announced a partnership that enables Spanlink to resell Altitude’s agent script development tools and unified desktop solution.

These offerings integrate with Cisco contact centre solutions and provide Spanlink customers with the ability to quickly and easily edit or change agent scripts and call campaigns. “We’re always looking for ways to help our customers save time and money while increasing customer satisfaction,” said Eric LeBow, CEO, Spanlink. “With our Altitude partnership we’re thrilled to be able to offer our customers solutions that help them build effective call campaigns faster than ever before, and with less technical intervention.”



Spanlink will be working with Altitude to deliver a wide range of their solutions, including the Altitude Scripting Studio and Altitude Unified Desktop. Altitude’s Scripting Studio saves time and resources when building or modifying campaigns in the contact centre. It is an intuitive but powerful environment for creating new services and campaign flows and enabling non-technical users to create and run multi-channel campaigns that are seamlessly integrated with business workflows. Altitude’s Unified Desktop streamlines multiple applications into a single agent desktop and gives customers direct access to databases. Its extendable data model provides relevant information on the agent desktop and allows agents to focus on customer needs and campaign goals.
