An instructor from Winning Ways Golf Development, a trusted provider of comprehensive golf lessons in Fort Lauderdale, is leading Team Canada to the 2013 Maccabiah Games in Israel this July.
Benjamin Silverman of Thornhill, Ontario is competing in the 19th edition of the worldwide Jewish sports event that will begin in the third week of July. As a touring professional, he recently competed in the Kandy Waters Memorial Classic of the National Golf Association Pro Tour from March 11 to 17 at the Mount Vintage Plantation Golf Club in North Augusta, South Carolina. He finished tied for 24th place along with four other competitors, finishing six over par with a score of 294.
Silverman also finished second in the Golfslinger.com Tour event held at Fountains Country Club in Lake Worth, Florida last January. He finished tied with three other players behind winner Brandon Smith.
The goal of Winning Ways Golf Development is to help players of all skill levels reach and exceed their personal goals. The center’s unique approach of pairing students with professionals will help a golfer’s aspirations become reality. Lessons are divided into three sections: pre-round preparation, 18-hole playing session, and post-round evaluation.
